Saving Liya's eyesight

  • More money sent

    Hi Everyone,

    I was able to recieve the rest of the fund last week Friday from give a little and have sent it to Liya the next day via bank. She was able to get around 82 Ethiopian with the current exchange on the day she recieved it. Liya is grateful for what she has recieved and has sent her gratitude. The money will help her for sometime and she will be able to continue her treatment. Like I said last time Liya's treatment is ongoing and she will still need everyones help in the future. Thank you all you kind people who have shared your pockets and your prayers.

  • Update from Liya

    Hi everyone,

    It has been a little over a month since some of the money you donated has been sent to Liya and she was able recieve it and use it for her purposes. We are waiting for the money that was donated in December to be transferred from give a little so it can be sent as soon as possible. I will update you all once that has been made.

    Hi Everyone,

    Just wanted to update you all about the money you donated to Liya. Give a little released some of the money this week and i was able to send it to her last night NZ time via Abissinya bank. Give a little has a rule that only money collected in a given month gets released in the following month and so that means the money that was collected in November has been released and sent to her. The rest will be released next month and will be sent accordingly.

    I wanted to thank everyone who showed kindness to Liya. When I suggested and convinced Liya that we needed to reach out to people, I had no idea that we would reach our goal in a few weeks. It reminded me that there is some good in this world. I have no words to say but thank you and God bless you. May the Lord pay you for yiur kindness in his own way. Thank you again for helping my best friend❤.

    Hi Everyone,

    I wanted to thank all of you on behalf of Liya for your generosity and kindness. This is a hard time for everyone in the world especially now but people like you still make a difference.

    We are nearing our goal with your help and most of all God's help but the fight for Liya will continue until there is a permanent cure. But for now the donations she is getting will relieve her stress and she will be able to get her medications and scans for sometime without worrying.

    Liya is very overwhelmed and very thankful to you all. God bless you!!❤
