My girlfriend has scoliosis.

My girlfriend had surgery at about the age of 13. Her scoliosis was at a 90 degree angle and twisted 50 degrees in the opposite direction further down – creating a giant ‘s’ shape. We need help for her to undergo a second surgery as she is going through a lot of pain and can't do alot of things she would like to.
Use of funds
Use of these funds is ONLY for my surgery as it will help me ALOT during my work hours and family time.
