Sending love and support to Becks ♥️

Just prior to Christmas 2024 Becks was diagnosed with a rare but aggressive form of bile duct cancer (cholangiocarcinoma).

A further appointment with Oncology on New Year’s Eve came as another shock, with Becks being told she most likely only has a few weeks left of her short life.

This news has been devastating for Becks and her partner Troy, as well as all their friends and family. Becks is only 39 years old, and together they are doing everything they can to fight. Becks is compassionate and caring and has given so much to support her friends and family, and we wish to do the same for her.

Becks is in too much pain to work, or even transport herself to her appointments. Even moving around the house is difficult, but thankfully hospice has been able to help with a wheelchair to keep her a bit more mobile. Currently the pain means Becks is mostly unable to leave the house aside from attending medical appointments.

It is difficult for Becks and Troy to ask for help, but every little bit counts. Your support will be used for the costs of day to day living, as Troy needs to be there to care for and assist Becks. Donations received will be used for rent, anything not covered by the healthcare system, transport to appointments, whatever they need. It will all be used to make life easier during this time. We also just want her to spend as much time as possible with her family and friends without any worries.
