She has lost everything in the floods - we need your help 🤍

The Wairoa floods have been a shock to everyone. The amount of people that have been left with nothing is heartbreaking.

My mother, Penelope Clark has worked really hard to create a magical little oasis consisting of caravans, painted stones and wooden walkways. Every flower and every plant was blossoming in her garden and for all of that to be taken away by a metre of mud and water is just devastating.

Her whole car and engine is full of mud and not only is there water damage throughout, she also has 400mm thick layer of mud through her living areas. The water has pushed everything it can up against the rear fences and has completely ruined her driveway. Her caravans are still there but are in a state !

It is going to take a lot of hard work to rebuild before the cold winter months, so we desperately need your help and ask if you can contribute so that we can work on getting her home back to a liveable state.
