    Joyce will be interred tomorrow @ Fatima Catholic Cemetery in San Isidro, Iriga City.

    Again, our family will be forever grateful and we will aim to pay forward the support we received during this time.

    I attached what will be at her tombstone. There is a QR code so people can see a glimpse of what once was Joyce. Our beloved Madoy.

  • Home at last

    After experiencing multiple challenges to bring madoy home, she is finally home.

    Interment will be scheduled on the 27th of November.

    Thank you all very much for helping in our time of need.🙏

  • Hello again

    Joyce is now in Manila but has 1 more plane ride later in the day before reaching home.

    Never thought of home to be this far.

    It will be a really emotional, gut wrenching reunion for all of us.

    We will hold a wake for a few days to give family, friends, and students one last chance to see her before we lay Madoy to her last resting place.

  • Nearly there

    The death certificate has arrived and last leg of paperworks are in process. The acc claim has been approved as well so that should somewhat ease the financial burden of the family.

    Joyce' husband Ireneo, and children Jan Austin, Miko, Angelo, and the rest of our family eagerly awaits the return of Madoy.

    Thanking everyone on her family's behalf.

  • A wedding before the funeral

    Today, we will attend the wedding that Madoy (Joyce ) came to New Zealand for. We have to push through as this is what she would have wanted as well.

    I am hoping that by Tuesday or Wednesday, I should have a date for Madoy' s homecoming.

    I am deeply moved by the support we are getting for Madoy (Joyce). We are currently waiting for the necessary documents (death certificates, insurance, etc) to be sorted and go from there. This Thursday, we will go see Madoy in the funeral home and from there revisit the site of the accident for blessing.

    If I haven't thanked or replied to the many messages of support and condolences, please know that we have read it . I appreciate you all.
