Thank you for checking. We are an incorporated charitable trust and are currently going through the process of becoming a registered charity with Charities Services. We are currently waiting for the registration process to be completed.

As an incorporated charitable trust, we are a legal entity and are able to receive donations in accordance with our trust purposes. However, obtaining registered charity status is important to us, and we are actively working through that process.

We understand that being registered as a charity provides additional benefits and recognition, including eligibility for donee status where applicable, which is why we are waiting for our application to be finalised.
