Raising funds to support Renee & her family. 1 minute of skipping for every $5 donated.
Timaru, Canterbury
My good friend Renee is currently in Christchurch hospital. Not long ago she woke up with a really bad headache and was numb down one half of her body so an ambulance was called. An MRI showed 5 growths on her brain. Renee has undergone brain surgery so they can take a biopsy. After inconclusive results she has had to have another biopsy and MRI, which has shown things are getting worse.
With a whole lot still unknown and further tests & treatments to come, Renee is in Christchurch hospital still being cared for while Doctors try figure out what’s going on.
Her fiancé Daniel has been supporting her and her mother Kylie has shut up shop to come to Timaru and help look after their 2 young daughters.
Obviously this is taking a toll in more ways than one including financially so I have set up this fundraiser to help.
To encourage support, I have decided to, again, do 1 minute of skipping for every $5 donated.
Last time I did 4 hours 20mins but I know we can all do better than that!
Any donation is greatly appreciated.
Please help me help my friend in her time of need.
All proceeds to go to the bank account of Renee Robinson & Daniel Scott.
Renee and I met through mutual friends 8 years ago and have been friends ever since.
To provide support to Renee and her family, for anything they may need to help ease the financial burden of treatment, travelling, being away from work, childcare etc
