Help Support Shai, Craig & Mikayla Through a Tough Time

Life has changed dramatically for the Irvine/Parai family over the past year.

Craig and Shai, recently engaged and planning their future together, have been thrown into a difficult season after Shai was diagnosed with a serious heart condition. She has since undergone open-heart surgery and now faces a long road to recovery.

With Shai unable to work, the family is getting by on a single income—Craig’s—while raising their 11-year-old daughter, Mikayla. Government support has provided a little relief, but it’s not enough to cover even their basic living costs, like rent and bills.

They’re doing it tough, and things will become even more challenging when Shai returns home from hospital and requires ongoing care during her recovery.
