Standing with Logan

Our hearts are breaking for this beautiful family whose world was turned upside down overnight.

Their precious 2-year-old boy, Logan, has been diagnosed with a rare and serious condition called ADEM (Acute Disseminated Encephalomyelitis). One moment life was normal, and the next they were rushed far from home to Starship Hospital, where they now remain by his side as he fights through this critical stage.

Logan is still not out of the woods. The road ahead is uncertain and likely to be long.

Mum and Dad are currently out of work so they can be with their little boy every moment. At the same time, they are doing everything they can to support their two other sons — keeping routines as normal as possible during what is an incredibly frightening and emotional time.

Being away from home, away from work, and living day-to-day at the hospital comes with enormous financial pressure. While not everyone can be there in person, you can still make a meaningful difference.
