Thank you so much to everyone who donated and sent me good wishes. I've raised more than I could have imagined in such a short period of time!

You all have been so wonderful and words can't really comprehend how much this all means to me.

As a result of your kindness I've booked my surgery for Jan 30th 2015, and this wouldn't have been possible without you.
