St Mary's College Sevens Team quest to get to Sanix World Youth Cup in Japan needs your help to make the dream a reality.
Wellington
St Mary’s College Sevens team started an amazing journey less than two years ago when a team was first formed. In 2016 the girls won every tournament that was entered and are the current National Secondary School Champions.
The win in the National Condor 7s has earned the team the right to represent New Zealand at the Sanix World Youth Cup to be held in Fukuoka, Japan in April 2017.
This winning form has continued most recently at the Sir Gordon Tietjens 7’s Tournament held in March. Be a part of helping us to represent Catholic schools, Wellington, and New Zealand on the world stage!
The team needs to raise $30,000 before Easter and are working extremely hard to fundraise. For some families the amount needed to travel is a big challenge.
This page has been set up so that you can be a part of our journey and help us to bring home an international title!
Any amount no matter how small or big will be gratefully accepted.
The College is immensely proud of the achievements of this team. We are very keen to see this opportunity to go to Japan become a reality for this incredibly talented group of young women.
