Living in Greater Wgtn has become financially unviable for many. The new water entity, Tiaki Wai may heighten the cost of living crisis. I say it needs to be paused until concerns are addressed & democratic controls are put in place.

Funds raised will go directly towards things like printing flyers and signs, running public information campaigns, promoting posts, hosting community meetings, maintaining campaign tools, and getting expert or legal advice if required.

There should be more accountability to ratepayers for what happens with their water assets and rates money.

A kick in the head for democracy all headed towards an asset grab by an autocratic authority with no moral compass. Stealing from ratepayers water that once was theirs. I feel total disgust at this blatant greed and corruption! Costs are unsustainable for ratepayers going forward.
