Stopping Violence Dunedin is hosting its first street appeal in August 2017.

Otago

Stopping Violence Dunedin is hosting its first street appeal in August 2017 with volunteers around the city taking collections from the public. This day is focused on raising funds as well as awareness of domestic violence. Stopping Violence Dunedin is supporting people to build sound relationships, healthy whānau/families and safe communities. We are committed to ending violence and we offer support for whānau/families to improve their relationships with each other and their tamariki/children.

Stopping Violence Dunedin teaches skills for whānau/families to learn to communicate in healthy and respectful ways and to resolve conflict. Stopping Violence Dunedin offers a range of programmes for both self referred and court ordered clients. They include individual counselling, couples counselling and group programmes.

Your support will help increase the number of people we can engage with at Stopping Violence Dunedin.
