To prepare a legal challenge or other actions to stop or slow down the rollout of 5G until we know more about the health effects of RFMR.

Nationwide

As a result of the speaking tour of Professor Dariusz Leszczynski, an international expert on RFMR (Radio Frequency Magnetic Radiation) it has been decided to launch a legal challenge to the planned roll out of 5G. Lawyer Sue Grey has agreed to take the case and we need funds to help. It seems wrong that we the people need to raise money to take the government and Telcos to court but that is the way of things so if we all chip in a small amount we can do it. We believe a moratorium should be put in place until we know more about the health effects.

At this stage we dont have a specific area of action as the lawyers are researching the best action but we need to be ahead of the game in getting funding in place. If another way is found to slow down the roll out until more is known then the funding will/could be used for that on legal advice.

Alan Simmons' involvement (page creator)

I am raising the funds so that a legal challenge can be mounted. I already have the accounts set up to hold and disperse the funds as per other givealttle pages.

Use of funds

The funds will be used to finance legal proceedings and or any other 5G related program that will help slow down the scheduled rollout, They may also be used for legal research and other related costs.
