Support a student paramedic

Hi community, I need YOUR help!

I’m Sam, a second-year student paramedic. I have been lucky enough to be chosen as one of 20 students across Australia and New Zealand to travel across the world for three weeks and do an exchange with various ambulance services in Las Vegas, Las Angeles and San Diego. While in America I will also be completing the Tactical Emergency Casualty Care course, where I will be trained on patient treatment and triage in mass casualty events as well as patient treatment while under fire of an active shooter.

I am beyond excited for this life-changing experience where I will learn skills that will propel my career as a paramedic. I am one of the three kiwis selected to represent Aotearoa and I need YOUR help!

My flights are at the end of January and as you can imagine flights, accommodation, food (and a little spending money) will be costly.
