Support Agnes in her road to recovery.

  • Update from Agnes to you all 😘

      5 September 2018

    Kia ora koutou,

I’m writing this from London where I’m currently resting and recovering. After a difficult 3 weeks in hospital in Malaga, I was finally well enough to be discharged and medically escorted to the UK for further recovery.

My family and I would just like to say a big thank you for everyone’s support. We are truly touched and grateful for your generosity and kindness. It means a lot to us in this difficult time.

It will be a little while longer before I am fit enough to make the journey back to NZ. I know there is still a long path ahead until I will be myself again. But I am grateful for all the support and feel lucky to be alive.

    Aroha nui,

    Agnes.

      Hi Agnes,

You might remember me as an Epsom Librarian, and I asked you to present gifts to our library's Chinese concert performers at the library's Chinese New Year concerts, a few years ago.

I retired at the end of June 2017, and am enjoying freedom and flexible sleeping hours!

I wish you the best for your recovery, and not too long before you are as good as new again!

      Cheers,

      Janice
