    Hi everyone, I am all packed up and ready to fly to Brazil later today.

    I am feeling very excited and also really grateful for everyone’s support to help me represent New Zealand at the World Junior Surfing Champs. The competition is being held in Praia da Macumba, Rio de Janeiro and starts on the 25th November.

  • 4 weeks to go until we leave for Brazil

    Hi everyone, very excited its now only 4 weeks to go until Brazil. We have received the final invoice from Surfing NZ to pay and I have increased my fundraising target to 7K. I have been blown away by all the donations and support I have received so far and feel very grateful. thank you so much

    Just had an awesome weekend in Raglan training and bonding with the NZ team. Not long now, 4 weeks to go until we leave for Brazil and I am feeling very grateful for all your support. Flying back to Dunnos today, my exams kick off this week - so the study grind continues.

    Thanks everyone for your amazing donations and support, I feel very grateful. To keep you updated with my progress I have been training hard this week as I was out of the water sick last week. Managed to get a great surf on Sunday and yesterday I ran 10km. Next weekend I will be flying north to attend the NZ Junior Team Camp in either the Mount or Raglan as we prepare for heading to Brazil in mid November. Thanks for all your support, Anna

    Thanks everyone for your kind donations, your support means the world to me and I genuinely appreciate it. I have increased my goal to $6,000 due to the increases in costs to get to Brazil. The additional money will help pay for travel insurance, NZ team uniform and a share of the team mgmt costs. Thanks
