  • A Big Thank You

    Hello lovely people! The fundraiser has come to an end now. Dani and I would like to thank you all so very much for your help, support and contribution to his journey of recovery. Only 3 weeks remain until he flies back home where he will be with family. He is healing really well, walking now with the help of crutches. This has been an incredible journey so far, plenty of emotions, physical pain and a lot of personal growth. Dani always says how grateful he is for all your support, having people stand with you is beautiful. Thank you once again, to all of you and wishing you good health.

  • Rehab

    Hello everyone :) I hope you are all well.

    An update: Dani started his rehabilitation yesterday. He has been looking forward to starting for the past few weeks. During his first session he managed to stand up unassisted something he is very proud of. It is still unclear how long it is going to be before he is walking again but he has at least started the process which will get him to that point. Thank you again for all the support you have all given. Keep well everyone! X

    Hey beautiful humans,

    Just a quick update. It’s been a month since Dani’s last surgery. He is still feeling constant pain but that was said by the doctor to be expected until 6 weeks to two months after the surgery due to nerve damage. So it should start feeling better soon 🤞🏼Dani has an appointment with the surgeon on the 18th so hopefully we will know more about what’s happening and what will be happening in his recovery journey. Thanks for your support so far! ❤️

  • Dani’s situation

    Hello everyone,

    An update on how Dani is going. It has now been just over a week since he was discharged from the hospital. He is staying in a small cottage with his father, Mark, who is giving him 24/7 care. Dani is in good spirits but has been experiencing very bad ongoing pain. We understand this is due to his nerves starting their healing process. Dani has asked for me to apologize on his behalf that he has not been replying to your messages. He is often in too much pain or does not have the energy and is trying to rest. As soon as his condition betters he will be in contact. I know there is so many people he wants to say hello to and thank for their support. Dani is overwhelmingly grateful for the kindness and support you have all shown him. Thank you again so much ❤️
