Support Elaine in her journey to beat breast cancer

After finding a large lump on her left breast and numerous tests later, Elaine’s worst fears were confirmed. At the end of May my beautiful friend received the news that she was diagnosed with aggressive stage 3 Her2+ breast cancer.

2022 was meant to be the happiest of times for Elaine and her partner Barry. After 10 years together, Elaine was finally going to be marrying the love of her life in August surrounded by family and friends in Ireland (after being cancelled numerous times due to Covid). With the diagnosis, Elaine’s travel to see family and friends had to be cancelled and the pair decided to elope before the treatment begun and the fight of her life was to begin.

Her treatment will begin on the 8th of July as she has also had to go through fertility treatment in order for the pair to hopefully have a family once Elaine has been able to beat this!

I created this page to help Elaine & Barry ease the financial burden that comes alongside the daunting treatment.
