Jane’s whānau have asked that I give an update on our boy 💙💛🤍
It is with great sadness that we update you to inform you of Jane’s passing, yesterday, Saturday 1st August. He is now at peace surrounded by close whānau and friends. All funds that come through our Give-a-Little page will be passed on to Jane’s whānau to help alleviate funeral costs. Jane’s whānau are incredibly overwhelmed by the support of our community, whānau and friends from afar and are humbled by your aroha. Jane was a happy, outgoing, intelligent young man and his memory will live on with all of us. He never let anything stop him from living a full, happy (cheeky!) life. Fly high Jane, we love you. We are proud of you.
For our school family, we will update you when all details have been confirmed by Jane’s whānau. Kai and baking can be delivered to Owhata School and we will make sure it’s delivered to his whānau whare.
