Little Mya is battling Lymphoma. Her parents are living this nightmare as they also prepare to welcome their second child into the world.

Auckland

Little Mya is just 5 years old and has been diagnosed with Lymphoma. Her treatment plan is very invasive and she faces a four month hospital stay. Not only is it a heart breaking way to spend Christmas, but Mya’s mum Teresa is about to have her second child.

As you can imagine, this is a horribly stressful situation and we would like to rally support for this amazing family. Mya is a tough little cookie, just like her parents, but she has a challenging few months ahead of her. We want to make sure that her parents can dedicate their time to enabling Mya to get better and embrace her new big sister role without other life stresses getting in the way.

Use of funds

Funds raised will be used to give a mixture of cash and in-kind gifts e.g. hospital parking, food delivery, washing services, house cleaning etc. This will help support them as they dedicate their time to Mya’s treatment as well as nurse a new born baby.
