I live around the corner - by a block or two - I certianly do not condone what has happened and I would really like to contribute. I am however really confused, this incident is described as a drive by shooting these tend to be associated with "colours" territorial disputes. I would hate to think I'm supporting such disputes. Can you guide me to the truth ?

My brother isn't in a gang, he was in a neighbourhood that he grew up in most of his life playing basketball with his friends, and he just happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time and got caught in the crossfire.
