Support for striking Air NZ cabin crew

The fund was set up to support striking crew. After negotiations with the company all strike notices were withdrawn. No flights were delayed or cancelled due to the strike notices. They were raised 14 days (or more) from the date of thge proposed straike as is required for any strike in an essential service. Thanks to all the travelling public who contacted us to offer support. Cabin crew keep us all safe when flying so making sure they are not suffering fatigue and have good working conditions is an essential part of the essential service they provide.

Can this fund also be used for those affected for the stress, inconvenience and loss of wages if they unable to fly due to strike action?
