In 2021 George was diagnosed with a non-operable brain tumour. George went through years of expensive treatment, and the family has endured years of heartache and difficulty.
George sadly passed away on Sunday the 26th of February 2023, leaving behind his devastated wife Mihaela, and beautiful children Demi and Luca. The Burlacu family moved to New Zealand 20 years ago from Romania, and lack broader family support.
We are setting up this page to support the family with the upcoming funeral costs along with other expenses that will impact the family in the coming months.
We would appreciate any support you could provide to help this family through this incredibly difficult time.
