3 days ago one of our Ecoglo Whānau, Rowee Anne Villanueva-Solis, was rushed to hospital. Rowee Anne is expecting her second child in 3 months but is now suffering with severe complications from COVID-19.
In New Zealand we are lucky to have a great public health system but in the Philippines it is pay as you go.
Rowee Anne’s treatment is currently costing NZ$1,200 per day, her family and friends are contributing as much as they can but $1,200 per day is an enormous amount of money for them to find.
Every day of treatment is vital for Rowee Anne and her baby so any contributions will be much appreciated.

Rowee's Progress 16 May 2021
Rowee is progressing well with 1 more week to quarantine to go. She is still not 100% but getting plenty of rest and the baby is very strong.
Rowee and Marlan both send their sincere thanks to all who helped Rowee through this illness.
