At Gracepoint, we see the toll this takes. That’s why we created our Care for Carers & Burnout Recovery Programmes. They are a safe, supportive, week-long journey designed to help people breathe again. Through therapeutic support, group connection, practical tools, and guided recovery, participants rediscover their strength, regain balance, and reconnect with who they are beneath the exhaustion.
Not everyone can afford access to this kind of support. Many people put their own needs last because they’re caring for others or simply trying to survive. That’s where your generosity changes everything.
