Hello, my name is Willard, and I’m based in Timaru, New Zealand. I’m reaching out with a heavy heart to humbly ask for your support. My beloved wife Katrina passed away on May 9th at 2:00 AM after a courageous battle with Stage 4 colon cancer.
Throughout her journey, I took an extended leave without pay to care for her full-time and be there for our two young daughters. It has been an incredibly emotional and financially difficult time for our family.
Now that Katrina has gone home to the Lord, I am doing my best to give her the peaceful, dignified farewell she truly deserves. However, with no current income, I am struggling to cover the funeral and burial expenses.
If it’s in your heart to give, any amount—no matter how small—would be deeply appreciated. Your generosity will go directly towards Katrina’s funeral arrangements and helping me provide some stability for our daughters during this time of grief.
I also want to thank everyone who supported us during Katrina’s chemotherapy and treatments. Your kindness gave us strength when we needed it most, and we are forever grateful.
