Support Micky to Buy a Reliable and Safe Vehicle that he Uses to Transport our Golfing Tamariki.

Opotiki, Bay Of Plenty

Micky Huriwaka is a person who coaches and supports youth golfers in Opotiki and the wider Bay of Plenty.

His mahi has rightly brought nationwide attention and he was recognised with a segment on the Sunday show:

He was also regonised 2 years a go when he received NZ Golf Volunteer Coach of the Year.

He often drives tamariki(children) to practice, abd regional and national golf tournaments in his own vehicle or a borrowed vehicle because they are safer and have more space. His current car continues to over heat (every trip he has to put water in) and has a number of issues, not worth fixing. This money will help towards buying him a newer, safer and reliable vehicle. The vehicle will be his own personal vehicle (mostly likely a ute so he can transport golf equipment in it) but if you know Micky, he will be transporting tamariki everyday in it.
