Support our rural neighbours in Patoka, Waihau & surrounding areas.

$12,240 of $30,000 goal
Given by 68 generous donors in around 3 months

Help our Hawkes Bay Rural communities who have been isolated by Cyclone Gabrielle.

Patoka, Hawke's Bay

Residents of Patoka, Waihau, and surrounding areas have been isolated by Cyclone Gabrielle with their links to town washed away after significant rainfall wreaked havoc on our region. Funds raised will allow us to purchase additional supplies and transport this into the area, to impacted families.

We are not working with any other charities or organisations and are are communicating directly with Isabelle & Patrick Crawshaw to provide supplies that have been requested, by those in need in the area. Supplies are being delivered to the area via helicopter flights.

Goods will be distributed from the Relief Centre headquartered at Patoka Hall.

Use of funds

Money will be spent on non-perishable foods, supplies, fuel & transport to support these communities.

Thank you!   24 February 2023

The Patoka & and surrounding areas are overwhelmed with the generosity from these donations. Private pilots have been flying in supplies to help the relief response in this area, and we'd love to be able to reimburse some of their operating costs. Thank you again 💓
