Selena was diagnosed with Chronic Kidney disease at a young age.
Within the last 12 months Selena has had multiple hospital admissions, emergency department visits and even ambulance rides. She has had 5 operations so far and there is still more to come!
Selena has had to bounce around the country to receive treatment - Including to Christchurch and Auckland.
She is now 2 years old and still fighting! Selena’s disease is progressing and she will need to travel to starship hospital in Auckland soon to receive dialysis.
We are raising money so that I can continue to support Selena in her fight - for us this means lots of time off work, lots of traveling around the country, and other medical related expenses.

Use of funds
The money raised will go towards additional costs related to Selena’s treatment such as travel, non funded medical expenses and items to keep her comfortable during long hospital stays.

Surgery! 4 March 2021
Hi everyone! Thank you for your continued love and support.
Selena has been reasonably well the last few weeks, but has had 2 hospital admissions for infections in her urinary tract and kidney.
Today she had an operation in Christchurch and is currently recovering 💕
