In "3 Keys to Free Your Neck" Discover the movements, attitudes, and keys to better movement with the guidance of Valerie Wycoff, Certified Feldenkrais Method Practitioner. This session will support your safety, balance, adaptability and comfort in life. Please bring your curiosity, and a willingness to explore. This session is offered as a taste of Valerie's teaching and with the opportunity to support a cause she is passionate about - supporting her friend Susie Spiller to train to share Feldenkrais Method professionally.

Susie's just attended a 2 day training in CHCH - gratefully acknowledging support. We're nearly halfway through the fundraiser. Gifts of all sizes welcome.

We're feeling so grateful for the support coming in for Susie this month. We're just over 4 months of fund raising, and just over 1/3 of the funds aimed for have been raised. Thank you for the touching messages of support, for each and every gift. What encouragement for growth learning and strengthening wellness and healthy interdependence! I've extended the fundraising campaign (to 12 mos) to allow more time for givers to connect with the campaign. In this video, Susie shares how her training is going this May.
