Support Tyler with his rehabilitation journey

Hi everyone

My name is Jess and I am the sister in-law of Tyler Wadsworth. Tyler is 21 years old and on Saturday 14th December Tyler was involved in a serious motor vehicle accident in Stratford, Taranaki and was flown to Wellington Hospital where he spent a week in ICU after undergoing a 10 hour surgery.

Tyler has been left with serious life long injuries and a result of this needs to go back to Wellington to an ABI clinic which is where he will go to recover from serious head trauma. Tyler will spend up to three months going through rehabilitation, this could potentially be much longer.

As Tyler is over the age of 18 there is no financial assistance for accommodation available for his Mum and Dad who will also travel to Wellington to be with Tyler. They will also be off work for this period of time.

As you can imagine this has a huge emotional and financial impact on our family and any funds raised from this page will go towards the ongoing costs such as accommodation and petrol.
