Supporting a Family After the Loss of Their Little Boy

Please help support Ivar's family during the unimaginable loss of their beautiful 5-year-old son

Timaru, Canterbury

On November 20th, Hana, Jamie and Kaydyn's lives changed forever. Their bright, kind and loving 5-year-old son and brother, Ivar, tragically died in a car accident. It is every parents worst nightmare, and the shock and pain this family is facing is impossible to put into words.

Losing him so suddenly has left a hole that can never be filled, and the family are now navigating a level of grief no one should ever have to endure.

This Givealittle page has been created to support the family through the difficult weeks and months ahead - allowing them time to grieve, be together, and manage the unexpected financial pressures that come with such a devastating loss.

Donations will help with funeral costs, time away from work, and anything else they may need.

ACC support may be available. However, even if applied for, it will not cover everything.

If you are able, any contribution - big or small - will mean so much.

Thank you for surrounding this family with kindness, love, and support during the hardest time of their lives.

Rest in peace, sweet boy.
