    Thank you to everyone who have given so far — $1,544 raised is a real testament to how many people were touched by Narayan's story, and how much this community cares.

    We're now less than a month away from returning to Nepal, where we'll visit Paru and Niyana in person and pay our respects on behalf of everyone who knew Narayan, trekked with him, or has followed this page.

    Thank you to the 18 of you who have given so far, and to everyone sharing this page. $1,144 raised means a great deal to Paru and Niyana during an unimaginably hard time.

    There's no update to share from the search, and we're mindful of how much uncertainty Paru and Niyana are still carrying. Out of respect for their privacy, we won't be sharing photos of them or further details of their situation here but please know that what's raised is going directly toward their immediate needs and Niyana's future schooling.

    I leave for Nepal in October to lead our Everest and Annapurna groups, and I'll be visiting Paru and Niyana in person while I'm there. I'll share what I can afterward.
