    Hi everyone. ☺️

I have been in recovery mode since my lovely visitors left. It took me 3 days to get back to my current kind of normal!!! Still trying to build strength and energy. Feel pretty good otherwise after last stent change. None of the problems that I had before so that’s good. I also don’t have the pain I was having sitting that I had before either🎉🎉🎉🎉today was the first time I drove to town with out any cushion and no soreness afterwards. Yay. 🥳

Just need more strength and energy and then I will be able to tackle some jobs around here.

I’ve started the radical remission workshop and

last weeks session was very interesting. Still working my way through all the links I’ve been given. Another session tomorrow on Nutrition this time. I also signed up to Chris Beats Cancer program which is really good. Lots of great info on there. I’m working my way through all the articles and videos.

I have hypnotherapy on Wednesday which has been amazing with helping my breathing and relaxation. Highly recommend Swift Results in Tauranga with Natalie Jane. She is amazing. Definitely helped before surgery as well with my ptsd so that was great. I was no where near as bad as the time before with my anxiety.

Just want to say thank you again for your support. I really don’t know what I would have done with out it. Thank you.

Anyway hope everyone’s doing well 🥰

    My cat Twiggy ❤️

I can't believe there is snow on the hills! although, we were just in Napier for the night on saturday and it was 12 degrees on the Taraweras. Yay for only being in hospital one night!

Currently in hospital waiting to go into surgery for my kidney/bladder stent change.

A little bit nervous but listening to relaxing guided meditations to help calm me down which seems to be helping. 🤞🤞🤞

I will be staying in over night and all going well I will be going home sometime tomorrow 🤞🤞🤞🤞

The last 4-5 days my energy and strength has picked up quite a bit from what it was. Hoping once I’ve recovered from this surgery I will continue getting stronger. Then I hope to carry on with my appointments I have been attending.

I’ve had a couple of hypnotherapy appointments which have made a huge difference to my energy and breathing - along with a healing energy work therapist who has also helped a lot as well. I’ve also been taking some new supplements and products and my body has definitely been feeling better. I’ve also put on a little bit of weight which I needed.

I am starting the radical remission workshop early March so looking forward to that.

Without all of your help with the give a little page donations none of these appointments would be possible. I am extremely grateful for all your help and kind thought La and hoping I can get through the other side better than before.

    Thank you ❤️❤️❤️☺️

That procedure doesn't sound like much fun! I'm sure you will come through it just fine though x

Good to hear you've noticed an improvement in your energy and strength, which is a positive so that's great. Maybe I should try the hypnotherapy to up my energy lol.

Hypnotherapy is amazing. Swift results in Tauranga with Natalie Jane. Shes helped me a few times. But I’ve also been trying to up my immune system and adding all sorts of bonuses to my diet. Surgery takes it out of you though so time is often a big factor I reckon.

    Hi everyone😊

Since being home I’ve been trying to build a bit more strength. It’s not been easy. Some days are much better than others. I have a small hill going down to my horses paddock and some days coming up that it feels like a marathon!

I’ve ordered nutrition supplements to help my body. I’ve been to a homeopath, an acupuncturist and a reiki eft plus many other things guy. I’ve been sleeping better since I’ve seen him.

I have an appointment with the hospital next week on the 18th with regards to changing my kidney/bladder stent which should happen on the 26th. Hopefully I won’t have the same complications as last time. 🤞🤞🤞

I’m really trying to have a holistic approach to helping my body heal and also been listening to the radical remission podcasts of success stories of people who have healed their cancer. Some way worse than me so I’m trying to stay positive that it can happen.

I appreciate all your support and thanks for the lovely messages some of you have sent. It really helps knowing you are thinking of me on this difficult journey ❤️❤️❤️🥰

Pic is of my friends flower farm. Gorgeous❤️

    Hi everyone.

Well a lot has gone on since my last update.

I made to 4 days of radiation which was Thursday last week. Then I just couldn’t bring myself to go in on Friday as It was making me so stressed out worrying about more problems with my body from the side effects. I was quite depressed about it all.

So I’ve decided to stop doing conventional treatment. I feel like a huge weight has been lifted off me.

I haven’t given up though. I’m just going to look at other options on how I can get well. It will be a lot harder but there are actually lots of people who have recovered from cancer using more holistic approaches. More details on this later.

I hope you will all still be here behind me as I have so much appreciated your support and knowing I’m not doing this all on my own❤️❤️❤️

I have built up my strength over the last 4 days and I’m planning on driving home tomorrow. So looking forward to being back in my wonderful piece of paradise ❤️

    Thanks ☺️

    Sarah

    Hi everyone😊

Thank you so much to everyone who has donated. I appreciate each and every one of you. ❤️It’s been a very tough first week of radiation. Struggling a little bit as not been feeling that great. Trying to stay positive and hope I can make it through this journey. My mum and friend Jen from Wellington have been an amazing support team.

I have included a picture of the $5 million machine I’ve been lying on. I have to stay for the money they spent on it you would expect it to be more comfortable!! 🤔

Anyway if this works I will try and do more updates.

    Thanks again❤️

    Sarah
