Supporting Taylor Lampp & Family

Palmerston North, Manawatu-Wanganui

On Friday the 18th of April, Taylor Lampp was in a serious accident at Robertson Prestige International Speedway while racing his Stockcar. During his second heat of the night he took a hit becoming unconscious and the continued at speed to hit the wall another two times, resulting in serious trauma to his body.

Taylor was put into an induced coma on Friday and doctors attempted to bring him out on Saturday morning, however, he has not woken yet. CT scans have shown bruising to the brain and lungs, as well as an open wound and fracture to his arm. Doctors are optimistic he will wake with time, but we don’t know how short or long it will be.

Taylor and his partner Danni have two young children. Because of Taylor’s injuries he will be out of work for some time. We would love to help take some of that financial burden away so taylor can focus on getting better.

If you could please help with Taylor and his family in any way, we would be extremely grateful.

Taylor’s new journey   21 July 2025

An update on Taylor. He has come home 🏁

After 3 months he is finally well enough to move home and continue his recovery from here. It’s still a long road for him, but he has improved significantly since the accident!

Thank you for those who have shown their support and have kept Taylor in their thoughts. Not one bit has gone unnoticed. A scary outcome for everyone involved that night, in the sport we have so much love and passion for, but we are grateful he pulled through it all and is home now. 🧡🖤
