Help Isabella Compete Gymnastics in the USA

How exciting when you finally receive the letter stating, "You've made the team!" Your heart soars with excitement, and you know that the hours spent training each and every week for years, giving up time with friends and family, choosing to focus with determination on your sport and future goals has been worth it! Your goal to compete overseas has finally arrived... You are one step closer to your dreams!

Isabella Marie Brett is a talented young artistic gymnast (13) who spends 35 hours every week in the gym, training with the goal to compete for New Zealand. After winning the STEP 9 (Level 9) All Around National Championship title in October, she has been training extremely diligently and has been selected to her club's team (Counties Manukau Gymnastics) travelling to compete at the WOGA Classic (Feb 13-15 Frisco, TX) and at the Legends International (Feb 21-22 Los Angeles, CA) competitions.

As only four gymnasts have been selected from her club, all the costs for their own travel, competition fees, accommodation and uniforms - as well as the costs for the coach's travel and expenses - are spread amongst the gymnasts. There are no club-supported fundraisers for this tour. Isabella's mother (a single parent) moved in June of this year to support her daughter's gymnastics and has been covering a mortgage and rent on one income. Isabella is also home-schooled. The cost of this trip, coming so early in the new year, will be impossible to manage without some extra support. We are extremely grateful and truly humbled by any contributions that will help make this trip a reality for Isabella. We are also seeking sports sponsorship; however, in NZ the options are very limited.
