Support Maya's recovery

Hi Jojo,

My name is Alison Horwood, I live in Wellington, have two sons, and have been a journalist for more than 20 years. I write for a number of people, including Woman's Day magazine. I have read with sadness your post on Maya, and am hoping like everyone else she makes a full recovery. Would you be kind enough to approach her family and see if they feel strong enough to share their story in the interests of raising awareness?
