    Hi again,

    Sincerest thankyou once to every one of you for your donations to this page. We are overwhelmed and so gracious for your generosity. I went down to visit Oli today which was lovely. He is pretty bandaged up on this arms covering some big stitches and a big bandage wrapped around his head covering the largest wound, with some head staples removed on thursday in hospital and another visit back there on Monday. He has lots of bruising on his face and stitches on his ears but i think the emotional scars will take the longest to heal. He is still pretty traumatized and is having nightmares which seem to take him back to the attack and he talked about the dogs, but i kept reminding him they were now gone and they cant hurt him again or anyone else, its still such early days in the healing process. I will keep you all posted on his progress. Once again we thankyou. Much love Amanda

  • We are humbled and overwhelmed!

    From the bottom of our hearts we so sincerly thank each and every one of you for your contributions. The outpouring of love, kind words and donations on this page has brought us, as Olivers family to tears often. Please know what a difference to him your generosity has meant. Oli is recovering at home on lots of pain medication and whilst the journey to recovery mentally and physically will be a long one, this money will help immensely. Oli has always wanted an electric bike so at this stage we are thinking this would be great for him and would give him confidence in time to go outside again and enjoy nature, which means so much to him. Will keep you all posted as the page goes on. Again THANKYOU what a wonderful country we have full of people like you all who care so much, Arohanui Amanda
