Help Caro live and beat stage 4 cancer 💜

  • Remission 🙌🏻

      4 March 2021

Hi 🙋🏽‍♀️ how’s it all going?

Sorry haven’t been in touch for a while, life has its ways of throwing curveballs here and there!

Quick update, Caroline has finally received the “remission” status after two challenging biopsies and being admitted to hospital after having an adverse reaction to the last biopsy 3nights in hospital 🙃

Apart from that, we have started a brand new chapter of just living life to the utmost fullest🌸

Thank you for being supportive throughout this journey with us, lots of love ❤️ Nastajia & Caroline.

  • 6 months of chemo complete

We can’t believe this day has come! There was life before chemo, during chemo and now the next chapter is life after chemo. The next 2 weeks is crucial, the next 6 weeks will determine what the next chapter will look like.

Caroline and our wee family have got this far and we feel humble and blessed to have had all our donors support and generosity. Every little bit has allowed Caroline to take it easy when she needed it the most.

With the whole world going through hardships, take this time to appreciate this time with your loved ones and tell them everyday how much you love them. Life is precious and short.

Our journey does not stop here, we will keep you posted on what happens after our next Pet scan.

Blessing and love to all of you, Caroline, Nastajia, Vincent and Greer.

    Hi all,

Sorry for not posting earlier, Caroline has had a wee set back with neutropenia and has ended up in hospital with an infection due to having extremely low neutrophils.

Triggered by exhaustion and work related stress, we are hoping that Caroline will be able to take it easy over the next few more months as treatment progresses.

After 6 nights in hospital she has been discharged and now at home taking it easy.

Thank your for your generosity, prayers and sharing our story.

Every little bit helps our Caroline recover with ease without having sick leave to use.

Lots of love and blessings to all,

    Nastajia

Half way there and I can’t thank you all enough for your generosity, prayers and unconditional support throughout our journey!

The chemo is working and doing what’s necessary.

Living with stage 4 of any cancer isn’t easy! Here I am (picture above) living and making each moment count with my family! Having been gifted the opportunity to see an amazing band live in this summer heat comes with hidden risks but I chose to just live in the moment and enjoy this day with my Nastajia.

Thank you to all of you! This financial support gives me the opportunity to focus on healing and not worrying about working and that is a massive relief when you live with cancer. The journey isn’t over!

Share my page with your friends, family, colleagues, keep me in your prayers and thoughts.

    Blessings to you all,

    Love Caro 💜

  • Chemo for Christmas

      29 December 2019

Thanks so much to all my supporters and donors to date. I’ve managed to complete my 4th chemo treatment which leads us to our progress PET scan which is coming up in the new year. Christmas this year we were able to spend one day in Auckland with Nastajia’s family which was just what I needed. The only present this year that matters, is being ‘present’ with my family and friends and your generosity has allowed that to happen, so from nastajia and I we THANK YOU 💜 blessings to you and your family for the year ahead, Caroline xxx
