On Friday 21 May, Tania and the Reremoana Social Club are hosting a Quiz Night and Head Shave.
This event is now fully booked. If you can't make the event and would still like to support, a donation to encourage Tania to shave her head would be greatly appreciated.
Tania's story:
After being in remission for eight years, Tania started experiencing pain in her ribs. Her breast cancer had come back. And it had spread through her body – ribs, spine, lymph nodes, lungs.
Stage 4, incurable breast cancer at just 46.
Now Tania is wanting to raise money for Sweet Louise.
"Sweet Louise has been a ray of sunshine in my life. Their kindness makes me feel protected and like someone is looking out for me."
Spot prizes and raffles will be running throughout the night. And one raffle winner will have the honour of carrying out the ceremonial head shave.
About us
Sweet Louise is New Zealand’s only dedicated charity to women whose breast cancer is terminal - but receives zero government funding.
Everything depends on the kindness of Kiwis like you. Thank you for making a difference.
Use of funds
All funds raised go to supporting New Zealanders with stage 4 breast cancer.
