  • Extending Our Give-a-Little Page Deadline

    Hi everyone, we are extending our Give-a-Little Page deadline to the end of November 2018 as we still need to raise funds to get the changing room sheds up and ready before the beginning of summer - we have raised a whopping $272,000 but need to get that up to at least $320,000 before we can start building the changing rooms and pump shed, and we need the pump to be operating before we can fill the pool!

  • June 2018 Update

    It's been a while but we have been busy fundraising for the pool and we are now up to a nice $272,000!

    We have had a recent pub quiz and a very successful tree planting with a great turnout from community members - and three more to go! It's now the final push to reach Stage 2 which is to have enough to complete the pool changing sheds before the beginning of summer.

  • Well on the Way

    With the Lotteries Grant, School contribution and other great fundraising events, we now have $227,000 so we can start building the pool, Yay!

    BUT... we still need funds for the changing rooms, toilet, seating area/grandstand and other additions like pool covers and solar heating system, so please spread the word and get the children of the Tasman community swimming in their new pool by the end of summer.

  • Lotteries Grant Awarded to Project

    Great News! The School Board of Trustees was awarded a grant of $126,000 towards the pool project by the Lotteries Communities Fund in July 2017, that is a great contribution bringing overall funding up to over $227,000!
