Fundraising to get 40 students to Nelson for the Secondary Kapa Haka Nationals Competition held in June.

We are fundraising for a group of 40 students and 10 adults from Kia Aroha Campus - Te Whare Karioi o Kia Aroha Kapa Haka Academy to get to Nelson, New Zealand in June 2024 to represent their families, school & community.
Majority of our students have never travelled outside of Auckland let alone on an airplane so being able to give this opportunity to 40 students is absolutely rewarding.
These students have worked so hard over the last 4 years along side ex students to really apply themselves to their love of Kapa Haka which has made them 3rd place ASB Polyfest winners (Māori Stage) for the last 2 qualifying years and representing Auckland at the last two Kapa Haka Nationals.
We would absolutely appreciate any help from you all to get our students to Nelson in June.
