The AHFS Men's Volleyball Team needs your support

$75 of $1,000 goal
Given by 6 generous donors in around 4 months

Join the AHFS MVT on the road to defending their Pistang Pinoy Championship Title.

Auckland

The Auckland Harbour Filipino Sport Men’s Volleyball team is on a journey to score their 3rd Pistang Pilipino Championship in Palmerston North from 21 to 23 October 2022. We are a mainstay of this annual sporting event and we are aiming to surpass our successful campaigns in the past - Champions in 2017 (under NSFCI) & 2019, and 2nd Runner-Up in 2018.

To help us achieve our goal, we need the assistance of generous donations from members of the community. The pandemic has ceased most of our team's actitvities, hence we are at a fresh start and are exhausting all possible ways to generate funds and gather donations.

Use of funds

The money raised will fund primarily our uniforms, accommodation, transportation and other relevant expenses in the tournament. We are also accepting donations in kind, for training and playing equipment.

2% Effective Fee
On average, fundraisers pay just 2% to use Givealittle. This is one of the lowest effective fees in New Zealand fundraising. We charge a 5% platform fee to cover the cost of running the platform. Because most donors choose to top up their donation to cover this fee, the effective cost paid by fundraisers is about 2%. That means around 98 cents of every dollar raised goes to the cause.
