The Beloved Bell Tent

Kia ora e te whānau.

As many may already know, on October 14th, big winds surged through Waitaha/Canterbury. And with them they ripped Jill's beautiful Bell Tent from the grips of Papatūānuku. The Bell Tent was set up as a venue space at the Wild Feminine Soul Medicine retreat that Jill facilitating, alongside 3 other incredible wāhine.

This was absolutely devastating for Jill and many others as we gathered around to pick up the pieces.

This wonderous Bell tent has been the HEART of Jill's offerings. A safe space that has held women in all ways. A place of acceptance, belonging, ritual, growth and comfort for so many tangata/people.

But it's actually not the Bell Tent that creates all of this, it's Jill Natalia.

Jill has spent the last 10 years offering up safe spaces of education, self learning, self growth, empowerment and belonging for wāhine through her Rent Tent work.

She also offers the community numerous workshops, counseling 1on1, business mentoring, and more.

And above all of this, Jill is a really great friend to all. Caring, loving, encouraging everyone she meets. Words cannot express the joy one feels when you are with her talking about the real shit, and having a laugh.

And now is the time for us to be given the opportunity to give back to her. What a blessing.

Let's show her how much we appreciate all that she is by raising money to replace the Bell Tent that so many of us have had the privilege to walk through it's doors.
