Please consider 'giving a little' to help us to make vulnerable people’s lives better by using the creative arts.

Someone has swiped our jelly tips! We got the shock of our lives when we found that our charity had been broken into in, glass and rocks all over the floor and a mountain of snow like substance over every inch of our beautiful art studio.
A little bit of detective work found the ‘snow’ culprit, the fire extinguisher, complete with nice clear fingerprints. We hope that a little bit of sleuthing by the Police and their finger print database will catch these very naughty deviants.
The losers of course are the people who come to our service - many of them unwell and vulnerable, and hoping for a nice safe and supportive place to be. As you can image, an intrusion like this can be very upsetting and feel a little bit like a violation.
While we have insurance for this type of thing, in this case our excess will cost more than the commercial cleaners, replacement of electrical gear, damaged art materials, the other stuff we didn’t notice today, but will as the weeks go past, and of course our very appreciated JellyTips.
Arts for Health offers a supportive space for people recovering from illness, injury, or disability. Through art sessions, workshops, and exhibitions, we help individuals heal, connect with others, and express creativity in a caring community.
We hope to pay for the costs of cleaning up the art studio, fixing all the broken things, replacing art materials and equipment and generally getting everything ship shape again. Any surplus will be used on keeping the charity up and running.
