The Gables is in need of structural work to prevent any further deterioration to the building
Built around 1865 by the Palmer family it has been sadly neglected for a number of years.
Funds are needed for a new roof, the rebuilding of the North and South walls and replacement floors.
I am the owner of the property and have authority from Heritage New
Zealand to carry out the structural repairs in order to stabilize the
building prior to further works being carried out
Use of funds
Funds will be used for structural work to prevent the collapse of the structure.
Surplus funds will be used to carry out external renovation, windows etc
