"Whilst getting over our jet lag, we took the opportunity to pop into a Youth Centre here in Camden. A Family Therapist took the time to speak with us and stated that the nation is not doing enough, but we found out a lot of amazing stuff as well. This centre works with 16-24 year olds and the highlight that I would like to share with you all is that they have a mental health team stationed at each A&E Department. This means there are specific staff that are dedicated responders to those that are in distress. Go the English! You rock!"
