Given by 16 generous donors in over a year

Waiheke Island's first 'Most Wuthering Heights Day' 30th July 2021. A fundraiser for our local charity, 'Te Arai Roa Manaaki'.

Auckland

On Saturday 30th July people all over the world will gather together to dance Kate Bush's evocative hit 'Wuthering Heights' and raise funds for local charities.

If you'd like to partake in our event please email storycentre@gmail.com. We'll be 'wuthering', 'running up that hill', eating Kate cakes and dancing to a top 10 Kate Bush hit list to celebrate Kate Bush's 64th b'day at the Awaawaroa Bay Eco Village.

On Waiheke Island all proceeds from this event will go to the Waiheke Network, 'Te Arai Roa Manaaki' (previously known as Living with out Violence). This organisation supports people who are impacted by interpersonal violence.

They work to empower people to choose safe and respectful ways of living and relating.

Since 2021, our event raised $1000 for our local charity. The seeds these joyful gatherings owes its origins to Wuthermothers, Shambush who first created the 'Ultimate Kate Bush Experience' in Brighton, UK in 2013.
