The Railway Children initiative has been created to offer countless opportunities for disadvantaged children to enjoy an adventurous and memorable journey by rail.
What better thing to do than give a deserving child a moment that they will remember, hopefully forever. We intend to start small, so this coming year LOCO Journeys will offer one deserving child the chance to travel on a train journey in New Zealand and enjoy a great day out accompanied by their favourite adult be it Mum, Grandpa or Great Aunty Beryl.
LOCO Journeys wants to create the best experience possible and so is seeking donations to help cover the cost of our initiative. The more funds we raise, the more we can offer by enhancing their experience further or extending our offer to more deserving children.

LOCO Journeys is seeking to raise money to enable deserving children the opportunity of enjoying a New Zealand rail journey.
Use of funds
We will use the funds to pay (or part pay) for accommodation, transport and activity costs for at least one child and their nominated guardian.

Take a moment to consider giving a child the opportunity you also cherish and make a donation so we can send them on an adventurous journey by rail. We'd love to give more disadvantaged children the chance to have a day out on one of New Zealand's great rail journeys.
